the location was brill. it was easy to get everywhere from there and i liked the plaza outside. our room was also big which i liked. filippo gave us a map with places to see.

the stairs was very dusty. the price i payed didn't match the place, i think.

the room had everyting i might need the hygiene was great too. the people working there were really great and very friendly. i want to come again as soon as possible it was such a great experience

i spent one terrible night the windows have double glazing but on the street side i heard all the parties on the main square. i heard all the people at the hotel who enter speak and leave because it is a wooden door that opens onto the reception so i woke up at 6am from tourists who had to catch their trains

i found the beds comfortable. i also enjoyed the nice view of the piazza from my room. fillipo, the host, was very helpful and accommodating, i appreciated that. the area is charming with piazza santo spirito marketplace right outside the door.

I found the building a little tough to find. Someone came out to meet me and open the door, and i was initially confused.

i appreciated that the staff contacted me a few days before my arrival. they provided information and asked about my check-in time. the room was secure, quiet, and equipped with air conditioning.

i had a room without a proper window. this. also, there was no elevator so i had to carry my luggage up the stairs.
